You show up with a name. Downtown, the docks, and the hills already have owners. The blocks between them do not.

Reputation is how Rovillain keeps score. Five skills level to 20. Your total caps at 100, and they move when you play.
Wheels
The docks move more than cargo. Take a car, crash it, patch it, and flip it. Street money starts here.
Heat
Push the wanted level and the city answers. Kill cops, clear a block, and the jobs on the burner phone get meaner.
What they track
Combat is peds, cops, and rivals. Driving is distance and cars taken. Hustle is jobs finished. Trading is market deals. Respect is turf claimed and held.
Fresh daily quests sit on top of that. Come back tomorrow and the board is new.
Ownership
Buy property. Take over a business. What pays while you are away is the start of an empire, not a side errand.
A cafe, a corner store, or a shop sells to anyone who walks in. The owner keeps 60% of the sale.
Same streets
Suits have downtown. Smugglers have the docks. The hills belong to whoever got rich first. Everyone else is still fighting for the blocks in between.

Three crews already hold ground. Join one, or put your own name on a flag. Every block in between is still up for grabs.

Red shirts, northwest HQ. Walk in and join, or stay out of their flags.
Northeast
Blue crew on the northeast side. Same rules: HQ to join, flags to hold.
Southeast
Green, southeast. Rivals raid flags. Call backup when a block gets hot.
